Personal Information refers to any information that identifies a Learner, such as their first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph, and/or phone number provided during registration or at any time thereafter on the platform.
Sensitive Personal Information includes, but is not limited to:
(i) passwords and financial data (excluding the truncated last four digits of credit or debit cards).

(vi) other data classified as "sensitive personal data" or "special categories of data" under applicable laws, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and/or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or equivalent regulations.
The term “Personal Information” shall encompass “Sensitive Personal Information” where applicable, based on the context in which it is used.

1. Right to Confirmation and Access:
- You have the right to request confirmation of whether we hold your personal information and to access the details of the personal information we have collected, along with relevant supporting information.
2. Right to Correction:
- You can request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal information. Additionally, you can ask us to update information that you believe is incomplete or outdated.
3. Right to Be Forgotten:
- Under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict or stop the continued disclosure of your personal information.
4. Right to Erasure:
- If you wish to remove your personal information from our platform, you can request its deletion. Please note that erasure will result in the permanent deletion of all your personal information from our platform (except as outlined in this Privacy Policy). This process may also result in the permanent deletion of your account, and it will not be recoverable.

We may also store, process, and transfer your information to servers in other countries depending on the locations of our affiliates and service providers.
Please be aware that the privacy laws in these countries may differ, and they may have less stringent data protection standards. As a result, your personal information could be subject to the laws and disclosure requirements of those countries, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, and private entities in response to legal or regulatory inquiries, court orders, or similar processes.
If you are accessing our platform from outside India, including from regions like the USA, EU, EEA, or the UK, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India. By using our platform or providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to India and other countries outside your country of residence.
